“Most standard orders are completed within 3–5 business days. Completion times for complex or bulk orders may be longer, depending on the size and details of the order. Please note that production timelines begin once the final mock-up has been approved.”

Yes. Each order includes complimentary initial design support.

“Yes, local pickup is available within a 5-mile radius of Baltimore. For addresses outside this radius, orders will be shipped. We offer nationwide shipping through USPS or UPS.”

“Absolutely. Bulk pricing is available—please specify your needs in the order form under the Additional Information or Special Requests section. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out through our Contact page, and I will follow up with you by email or phone—whichever you prefer.”

Right now we are only accepting payments through Cashapp and Venmo. Payment links will be provided after proof approval.

"Final billing, including sales tax, will be sent once the final mock-up has been approved."

“Once a customer approves the final mock-up, it will be marked as Approved. At that time, you will receive an email along with the final invoice, which will include applicable sales tax.”

“Complimentary items offered by WatersbyDesign must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Any unclaimed items after this period will no longer be available.”
