There will be no refunds or exchanges once the product has been made. During the mock up phase I will send an email to you what your product will look like. If at that time you want to cancel you can cancel during the mock up phase. Once the shirt is made there will not be any returns. Due to each product on the website is custom made. If you are not satisfied or unhappy with your product please email me at Watersgw18@gmail.com
